Overview

We are a rapidly growing firm that is seeking an experienced, innovative, and intrinsically driven Channel Manager to join our team.

As a Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners to drive sales, market share growth and MassPay solution awareness. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and to optimize channel performance.

You will be responsible for the development, execution, and management of comprehensive channel operating plans that align with our business goals and market needs with desired outcomes of our partner and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Manage Channel Partnerships

  • Lead the identification, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners to expand market coverage.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to maximize MassPay brand awareness and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies and sales plans.

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends within channels to identify growth areas.
  • Set and lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals in collaboration with partners.

Marketing and Promotions

  • Work with the marketing and product marketing teams to develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with partners on joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all channels.

Training and Support

  • Provide product and sales training to channel partners to enhance their ability to sell and promote products effectively.
  • Offer ongoing support and resources to ensure partner success.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to analyze trends, assess sales performance and identify potential growth areas.
  • Quarterly and annual evaluation of channel performance against key metrics and objectives.
  • Provide detailed monthly, quarterly and annual reports and insights to senior management.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize channel strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to channel management.
  • Communicate partner feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of channel management experience in the SaaS and/or FinTech industry. Proven track record in developing and maintaining profitable channel partner relationships backed by tangible growth metrics.
  • Experience working with virtual teams, with members across multiple time zones and countries.
  • Proven track record of supporting global channel partners, including maintaining partner satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity in marketing approach. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrable understanding of SaaS and FinTech markets, partner channel dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Result-driven, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges channel partners face in working with third-party solutions..
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate across functions and manage complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
